What is it?
Reprogram yourself is a One-on-one session that aims to help you work energetically on a specific problem or situation. 
 
 
Is this program for me ?
If you are tired of feeling stagnant, hopeless, a victim of situations that happen to you and seem to have no practical solution, this program is for you. 
 
Unlike a coaching process where the coachee is guided within a pre-established program, Reprogram Yourself aims to teach ancient self-healing tools that will change your perspective in many levels and allow you to take over the reins of your life. 

 
How does it work? 
We will have a 60-90 minutes conversation via zoom to talk about the situation you want to work on, your goals and your beliefs so that the program is developed especially for you.
 
You will receive an audio via phone or email (your preference) teaching you tools that I believe make more sense for your specific situation. You can expect knowledge on quantum physics, on how to work with your energy centers, how to put into practice ancient wisdom and so on.
 
You will also receive via email a detailed explanation of 4 to 6 techniques to implement in your life right away. 
 
 For 21 days you will have the opportunity to learn and put into practice these tools and to clarify any doubts about them with me. 
 
After 21 days you can schedule another session at a discounted price if you want to work deeper on what came to the surface with our work / if you want to work on another situation / unconscious emotional patterns / specific limiting belief or delve deeper into some new technique that has caught your attention.
